Cherished Childcare

Cherished Childcare is a home based childminding service offered by Lisa Credicott and her daughters Bethany McCabe and Lauren  Dower. They offer first class childcare for children from birth to 11 years. 

 

Lisa is Nvq qualified in early years education and has 28 plus years of working in childcare. She has been a registered childminder for the past 16 years and during this time has seen the children in her care develop from small babies into lovely young adults. 

 

Bethany is qualified as a level 3 Early Years Educator   and has been involved in childcare for 10 years. She is also Lisa's daughter so has been around children all her life as Lisa originally started childminding when Bethany was a baby herself.

Lauren is qualified as a  level 3 Early Years Educator and has worked with children for 4 years. Again Lauren is Lisa's daughter and  has been around children all her life.

 

Lisa lives with her husband Phil and her child Samuel(13) in Whitchurch. The children have a large play area with a wide variety of toys for every age and development need and a large safe flat garden that is weatherproof by a waterproof canopy and artificial grass again filled with lots of play equipment. 

 

When we are not at home learning through play and the many activities the children enjoy we are out visiting all the lovely parks and moors that surround our great town. Or you might find us walking to our local supermarket to purchase supplies for activities.

As early year professionals we follow the government Early Years Foundation Stage and the children will learn and develop in their own individual way through exploration, play and adult led activities. The knowledge and skills they develop in our care will prepare  them for their transition to school and life.
